Shipping Time. The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year. Customers should expect a 7-10 day delivery time.

Shipping Methods.  We use U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to ship to locations.  Your exact shipping and handling charge will be indicated during checkout.

International Orders:
We ship to most locations around the world. If you are interested in purchasing our products for international delivery and are having trouble placing your order, simply use the Contact Us section to indicate what you want to order and the exact address where you want it shipped. We will e-mail you back with the total price along with instructions on how to place your order online using our secured shopping cart. 

Returns:
Dogleashesplace.com online store promises to deliver high-quality products, in good condition, to your door. If, for any reason, your shipment is not satisfactory, we will gladly replace it. Please indicate the reason for your return, let us know by using the Contact Us section, indicating 'Return' in the subject field.

Please send your returns to the Dogleashesplace.com online store distribution center and be sure to include "Attn: Returns" in the address.

Please include the original paperwork and packaging, and send your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
